This activity would generally take 1-2 hours based on 10-15 candidates. A formal shortlisting report will be prepared identifying shortlisting decisions.
This activity generally involves reviewing applications and preparing a matrix assessment shortlist against the position description or the relevant executive capabilities to assist panel members target their top candidates. This generally would equate to a 20-minute review of each application. Eg. 10 candidates approximately 3 hours.
This activity involves calling candidates on behalf of the client and booking in appropriate times, breaks etc. The client would need to work with Capital Executive Scribing Service in relation to interview location and local administrative support in terms of security access, welcoming and preparing applicants for interviews. This is not a service provided.
This activity includes taking notes at each interview, drafting individual assessments and undertaking up to two reference checks per candidates (fully documented and authorised).
This activity involves writing up the final comparative assessment and any other supporting documentation that is required to present to the relevant delegate. Generally, less than 1 hour.
This activity involves providing written or verbal candidate feedback where required.
